+ How much are your Lampshades?

Without being flipant, the answer is along the lines of how long is a piece of string? Answer: It depends. As long as you want it to be. So in the case of our lampshades It depends on how big a lampshade you want and how good a lamp shade you want. The price depends on so many different factors: but mainly the shape, the size and what it is covered in and what it is laminated on and then if you want a trim like a fringe, all adds to the cost. We will add a blog post about costs and prices soon to expand on this topic. If you are really cost conscious we do have an economy range of lampshades but we don't do cheap lampshades. Everything that we make is handmade here in the UK with quality fabrics and components.

+ What is configuration?

On the whole we can make most lampshade shapes by using stock components - a process we refer to as configuration - it is a quick and economical way to offer our clients thousands of options - but we do also make bespoke components subject to minimum orders. Obviously this is more applicable to our trade customers who buy volume, or whom have very specific requirements for their designs and we are more than happy to accommodate these.
