All our Lampshade Workshops are suitable for beginners and more advanced makers & crafters. There is no need to feel nervous if you have never made lamp shades before as we will guide you through the process & help if necessary. We have been making lampshades for along time & have all the tips and tricks for getting a truly professional finish.

You can be confident you will leave with professional looking lampshades and the ability to grow your knowledge and skills to make more shades of your own. Or book on more of our lampshade classes to develop your skills or just make more lampshades for your home. It is a bit addictive.

Lampshade Making Workshops in the North West

• Learn to make your own bespoke lampshades guided by professional lamp shade makers with years of experience.

• All of these courses are ideal for beginners, no craft experince necessary. We guarantee you will leave with professional looking lampshades.

• We provide all materials as well as drinks and snacks. You can bring your own fabirc if you wish, please ask us for confirmation on size and suitability of your fabric.

• We can ensure your shades are suitable for your intended use, be that as ceiling lights, wall lights or on a table or floor lamp. We have all the fittings.

Make a simple drum lampshade either 25cm or 30cm diameter: 1.5 hour workshop. Cost £60

Make a medium drum shade upto 40cm diameter OR 2 small 15cm or 20cm diameter shades : 2 hour workshop. Cost £75

Make a big lamp shade, upto 50cm diameter or 50cm tall : 2.5 hour workshop. Cost £95 ( +£ surcharge for even larger sizes)
